And happy to hear that you are taking a personal initiative (Next Bangladesh) to solve the newly graduate student’s problem (like demotivation, depression, frustrated and so one) which is really impressive. you said something about how to adapt the situation. as you said adaptability should be created within ourselves. ওয়াল্টন ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে যারা কাজ করেন তাদের শুভিধারথে ইন্ডাস্ট্রির পাশে কিছু আবাসিক বিল্ডিং করাজেতে পারে শুধু মাত্র এই ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে যারা কাজ করেন তাদের থাকার শুভিধার জন্য সেটা অল্প ভাড়াতে হতে পারে কারণ কামচারী দের বাসা ভাড়া দূর দুরান্তে অনেক প্রব্লেম হতে পারে বিষয় টা নিয়ে ভাবা যেতে পারে
