I am from Hyderabad. That is North Indian/Marwadi dosa in Hyderabad. They mix wheat flour in the dosa batter.You see they even add a thin watery upma and chutney on the top of dosa and add all panneer , cheese and other stupid stuff on it. . It looks good but you can not eat more than one. If you eat more than one ,then you have to run to potty.. loose motions guaranteed. If you want to have South Indian dosa go to any Raghavendra or Taaza Tiffins kind of hotel or find a dosa kart by a local Telugu guy.
