Ive failed 5 interviews in the past 2 weeks. You can either be bitter or be better, and I choose to be better. Another thing that keeps me going is I know that life is long and this won't be my last opportunity, so as long as I keep applying, I will have another chance.

Totally agree. Especially with interviewing. The first half of last year was me interviewing after the startup I was with ended. I was really rusty with interviews, and the pressure is on to find a job. However, with each one I got more comfortable with the situation, better prepared, and more confident. It does not feel good to get rejections. However, it is still a positive if you learn from it. It takes practice. I'm glad I saved applying to the more serious places later on as well, because that's when I started nailing interviews after really hitting my stride with answering questions. Thanks for the video!

That's great advices you gave. I am on this delicate process of getting a new job, so those feelings of getting rejected it's not easy to deal with and you gave me a new perspective way of getting good things out of it and also learn from it. My issue is I fail delivery deadline every time as a java developer. I did not get enough technical training. I am unable to complete attack within a deadline.

I was asked in an interview to maker object Oriented Design ( maybe Class level ) of Company where there are Employees and she wanted to Enforce some of the Default "Company Policies" on every Employee created,.
