Succession Certificate NADRA and Court in 2023 | Double Fee

In this video, I have explained about succession certificate and letter of administration of NADRA as well as Heirship certificate from court and succession certificate from court. The applicant may have to pay about double fee in case, a decline certificate is issued by NADRA.

No succession certificate was required for amounts of ONE Lalakh & the NOMINATED person was paid . But now the limit has been raised to 5 lakh rupees & NO succession certificate is required .

Nadra does not charge anything for the preprocessing Decline certificate. Correct your Video. I got one last year. Also in court LOA is issued for immovable, no hiership is required.
