2:24 love how he corrects her to call him Gregory. In the first episode he walks into that same place and accepts it completely when they think his name is “Craig” I truly believe he will be the next in charge by the end of it, the only character with massive development.
@ArbiterofMankind Жыл бұрын
I don't think he has the leadership to do it, nor the charisma or the balls. I think maybe a number two underneath Tom.
@mood1676 Жыл бұрын
@@ArbiterofMankind tom has offered to be on the chopping block multiple times, always willing to be the sacrifice while greg has only used everyone and every opportunity to climb up. His bumbling naïveté is sometimes even a ploy, being able to play both sides safely throughout every feud. He is the youngest there and hasn’t quite grown Into his true character yet. A fresh face, a true narcissist, succeeding at business and he’s blood. Sounds like the next to the throne to me.
@ArbiterofMankind Жыл бұрын
@@mood1676 i haven’t watched season 3 yet but how is Greg a true narcissist? If anything I’ve seen him be nothing like that. He doesn’t want to work for Tom because of all the fucked up stuff they do at ATN. To me that screams good in him. Plus just because he’s succeeding in business and climbing the corporate ladder doesn’t mean he’ll be fit to run a company. How the hell does Logan see the bumbling cousin fit to run corporate dealings when he stumbles on his words every few seconds?
@mood1676 Жыл бұрын
@@ArbiterofMankind there are some things in season 3 I won't spoil but he always plays both sides for his own benefit. everyone on the show is a narcissist and Greg is no exception. I'm sure Greg's speech impediment can be overcome more than the sense of entitlement from any of the children. Kendall with drugs and attention seeking, Roman with his perpetual perverted antics, and Shiv with her lack of social awareness, business knowledge and assertiveness. Tom presents himself as a pushover and lacky more than Greg imo. it's almost like Greg was a normal person and he's learning from all these scumbags what traits to keep or avoid to succeed in the family business.

Can someone sum up what happened here (haven’t watched the show)?
@here4deepfakes6282 жыл бұрын
Toooooo much is happening and its dynamic. They had to buy another news/media corporation to beef up their market value to a level that the PE firm can't buy them out. The catch was the family who were running this other media company held polar opposite political views to that of Roy family. Logan Roy a firm believer in power of money and not morals put forward a deal so huge that the other family couldn't back away even though when they had some clauses (like putting Shiv, Logan's daugher at the top job in place of him). Logan won in the end
