Was just here last week for the first time. Super cool and eerily quiet 👍

Great video of Succor Creek and Leslie Gulch -- except for the techno-Pixie music that drove me crazy!

I love this terrain and the Owyhee Mountains and Silver City. When we take the kids out to explore there, we are the only ones out there. Reynold's Creek, Toy Pass, the Silver City Range, Big Jack's Creek, Little Jack's Creek, Succor Creek. Fun area to explore because most people won't go out there.

Yup, had non-covid medical issues and a blown head gasket that kept me off the road last summer and fall, but should be getting back out in the near future.

Where is the turn off from the highway to enter?

Two ways to get into Leslie Gulch, one off Hwy 95 just into Oregon and through the initial pass of the Owyhees, small sign on the road, but I go through Homedale and up through Succor Creek State Park (in Oregon). The road to Succor Creek is tough to spot, but there is a sign about 5 miles or so out of Homedale off Hwy. 19

This area is why I bought my motorcycle. I never got to ride much but wound up exploring with my dad in his truck

Any beta on current condition of the road into Leslie Gulch for lower clearance vehicles?
@enmort3 жыл бұрын
The roads were clear out that way last weekend. I didn't go down into Leslie Gulch, but through Succor Creek they were a little rutted from the winter and wet spring. They hadn't graded it yet but probably soon.

the high speed doesn't add at all to the video....just my opinion , of course , but i come out here to slow down and look....impossible at 120 m.p.h. on dirt road
