Jocelyn's Succotash (Sufferin Succotash Sylvester 😂😂😂 ) 1 can butter beans 1 can corn kernals 2 carrots, diced 4 stalks celery, diced 1 onion, diced 1 yellow (or red) bell pepper, diced 1 can kidney beans 2 T Bragg's or soy sauce 1 lemon, juiced 1 bunch parsley (left out) 1 T capers, finely chopped Water, "not a lot" Cook about 10 mins (until carrots soft) Drain water (save to use for something) Salt to taste To serve, dress with: Juice of 1 lemon 2 T soy sauce (or Bragg's) 1 T finely chopped capers

I hadn’t even consider the succotash recipe in your book because as a kid it was just corn and lima beans with lots of butter. Now I will definitely try it. I love how flexible you are with your recipes depending on what you have around the house. Thank you also for sharing a little about yourself.

Hmmm, Reiki master and intuitive healer - - I never heard you say that before. I guess food & LoA kept me listening in and contributing to your recipe ingredients. I'm a nutritionist, homeopathic lay prescriber, medical intuitive and touch healer. Also Reiki master. Much of my energy work is remote. 😁

Sister! I don't usually mention what I do in the rest of my life - the list is long - but now and then it's appropriate. My main gig is readings. I'm a trance medium. Healing is a very relative term, isn't it.
