Hello! I noticed my Raketun didn’t go through on Coach. How do you get that fixed? Love the bag looks soft.

Hi Andrea! You have to scroll down to “help” and there is an option to report missing cash back. Then they email you wanting all the info, so I usually just send them a screenshot of my order email with Coach and they credit me. It’s a pain and it happens every time!
