Actually the 3rd advertisement is using a meme from a Chinese coconut milk brand which has a long history, so basically everyone from young to old knows it ,and it always keep its packaging look like this ugly style even with some women who has strange poses on it ,so ....they are all just those meme ads for fun in CN community

So basically Infold has too styles of ad for LND, one is very cool very serious high-quality edited ads and the other is meme-based kind of cringe ads which are for social media platform. They have this for other characters or even other games too. CN players sometimes also complain that Infold likes these weird meme things but it is also funny.

Ngl i feel like Caleb is made for the CN girlies. As in he will be promoted to cater more toward cn fans. Hence probably why his advertisement is heavier on the cn side Unlike Sylus who was made for the EN side. Which we can also see from how he was more popular innthe EN fandom (id add the fact that most of lads ad includes sylus but apparently infold only promote via ads on few countries?) In the future, i have a feeling that caleb's card will be made heavily based on the CN's girlies taste.

I just don't want MC to call Caleb "brother" when there doing something spicy cuz that would just be to weird for me. It makes sense in China cuz Gege means more then "big brother" it has an affectionate meaning in China. The word doesn't translate well in English cuz we don't have a word like that at all. I just want a different name to call him but idk wat word it would be. To play devils advocate, it's because oppa has been knowledgeable to be a broad term due to kpop & kdramas popularization as u said, so it's not heavily associated with family blood related brother, atleast not anymore. Whereas the Chinese language clearly isn't as popular. So ppl wouldn't know it to be similar in its broad terms to oppa. I have heard similar gripes about the word oppa to, so it's not like ppl were as openly accepting of it early on. I think ppl just got used to it now, lol The advertisement legit looks like one of those pop up ads trying to sell u something or a newspaper coupon clipping, lol

Somehow I don’t think the advertising is keeping people from playing the game! I think what advertises the game is the “look” of the guys themselves! Also big, BIG word of mouth on the internet! The notification system gets the idea across, but the actual message is not lost or broken. The name says “Love and Deepspace”. The primary players of this game are women and to have a game specifically designed for women (though of course men will play), is an advertisement in its self. Now the game is out there and BIG. Just the mention of adding on another cute, hot guy is advertisement on its on. You have a good channel! Keep up the good work!

lol the third advertisement remind me of grocery store advertisement I see in an asian market. It looks like they re use images from the cutscene, the sillhouette is him holding ihis suite case i think haha. I guess they don't want to spoiled anything. It doesn't look like these advertisement taken as seriously judging the lack of effort they doing and the style is completely different what they usually do, which is en doesn't see it.

Honestly the English translation failed Caleb. In Japanese and Korean stuff they just use the onion-san or oppa, and so English speakers learn what that means. My best friend (who is Taiwanese) had to explain to me what gege meant because they translated it into English like they were adopted siblings, which in western culture is still bad. If they had used gege, and then had some sort of comment to equate it to the honorific the knee jerk reaction probably wouldn’t have been as bad. China has been distant from western culture. It’s not fair to expect us to know without telling us. Japan and Korea taught us and we learned! It makes us seem unsympathetic to cultural differences when what it is, it’s just not knowing. They shouldn’t have translated it as brother because that’s not actually what it means
