I love these meditations you provide but the ads at the end are so jarring it makes me jump out of my skin. Not a pleasant or desired ending. If you want to have ads for income, perhaps you could place them only at the beginning, and leave the ending to go quiet. If not I’ll go somewhere else for a meditative practice. Namaste. 🙏
