"every time i rise, i see you "falling"... "can you find me space inside your bleeding heart?..." " i find it interesting brian wrote this from the perspective of someone with a narcissistic personality disorder. it made me understand the song more when i learned that. i should do. i so often try to write songs from the perspective of myself, based on my own very personal experiences. but i guess that kinda makes it less relatable to other people. or something i really feel comfortable sharing with people all the time, over long enough periods of time. but that would a good, interesting way to vent by really just mocking all of the other people i hate. even more than i hate myself.
