Hi Mary, I use many different kinds of Thai carving knifes, the one I purchase the most is from amazon; amzn.to/2D4ZI6K . Wild bear knife is a good brand as well, you can also look at kiwi brand. But mostly what you want is a Thai carving knife with a flexible blade.

Kajal Sodvadiya one way would be to use a edible markers (like wilton brand) and draw it before cutting. You could also print and trace a image image.
