For the bank explosion, the narrator is only giving partial information, it was caused by a butane explosion but from a drug lab, the five male victims in the beginning were suspected of being involved, at least two of them found guilty.

Yeah, when they said there was no gas utility in the building, I mean what other reason could it be but a drug lab?

At the beginning I was feeling sorry for the victims. Then I read your comment and thought couldn't happen to a nicer bunch. I'm not usually, but their stupidity and greed called out so many first responders it took them away from others who were truly in need.

Sounds like a meth lab explosion to me.

@@cathy7861 I mean, they were also truly in need. Just because they were doing illegal things doesn't mean they're less human

Incredible what these first responders have to do, the training that is necessary, the dedication which is required. Hats off to all of you.

I rose through the ranks in the ambulance here in Australia and got to attend a fair few multi-casualy scenarios. New paramedics would have the chance to practice removing people from collapsed buildings, confined spaces, upside down buses etc. We have a huge joint emergency services training centre that can simulate a crashed bus, plane, collapsed building and so on. Excellent way to really fine tune a lot of procedures and develop excellent team work skills.

Butane cylinders are comminly used to cook 'shatter'. The upperbody burns of the one patient were highly suspicious. Ive seen the same event in my career as a paramedic.

This was very interesting to watch. I was a volunteer fire fighter for 15 yrs, out in rual Alberta Canada. I can understand the need for specialty training. I'm just glad everyone has recovered. As for the drug lab explosion, I hope those people recover while sitting in jail. 🇨🇦

One time at work , I couldn't find the floor cleaner, so I mixed two chemicals, then proceeded to mop the floor. Suddenly, I smelled chlorine gas, which caused me to feel nauseous. The manager sent me home. I never did that again!!!

Interesting watching emergency services work in other countries. In Finland EMS doesn't have any kind of rescue equipment. They are only responsible for medical care and everything else would be for the fire/rescue service (ATV-evacuation etc.)

Germany doesn't have or need sth like HART ... plain normal EMS will work on the patient pretty much everywhere. In places they can't get to, the fire department, mountain rescue or water rescue will get the patient out of the area

Im sure the British do the same. They just have these guys for special cases, just like how mountain rescue is also for special cases.

@EnjoyFirefighting well they have different types of land, like a sad sad lack of mountains. So they have different specialties. I'm just saying it's not a bad thing they have these guys instead of other guys. Or that you don't have them and have your own things. Different countries will have different needs and have their own groups to cover those needs.

@@Drzzlt blanker Neid? Auf was denn bitte? Bei uns braucht der Rettungsdienst keine entsprechende Einheit vorhalten, weil die Feuerwehr, Wasserwacht, DLRG und Bergwacht das bereits alles abdeckt

Ummm is there any such thing as a slow Bank explosion or even a predictable Bank explosion? Why not just title this video as “Bank Explosion Leaves Multiple People wounded ”??
