As simple as it gets. As at 23 minutes, with the 87 pair that you have known about from the very early stages and have just revisited, you know the 5 is squeezed in row 9 in block 7. The result is a 25 pair in block 9, upper row, col 7 and 8. Puzzle crumbles like a house of cards.

I went for smart (bi-value) notation from the outset, since I didn't get anywhere with yesterday's. Routine solution, however, 18 minutes.
