Some humans sometimes solve digital sudokus over their capacity a little bit like this. They do logic until they get stuck, then they find a square which intuitively seems most likely to be "x" they write in "x" and backtrack if they encounter a contradiction and try another number. It is called bifurcation and is frowned upon. You created a superfast bifurcation machine

So basically the ai is no smarter than the human he only has unlimited mistake moves

It is much faster than a human. A human can also make unlimited moves in their hand / on a piece of paper before writing the final answer (which is what the AI does in this case)
