None of this is silly to me. I’m learning and need all the help you’re willing to provide. Thank you so much for your help. ❤️❤️

Wow I've just started watching your tutorial series. These are amazing. I love that you explain it to me like a child over and over. It really drives the idea home. Other tutorials explain the rule in 1 or 2 instances and then expect you to be able to apply the rule yourself, but I'm always left wondering how I can apply the rule to my specific case. Thank you! I'm excited to continue your tutorial series

Hello Lockey. Thank you for your kind comment. I really appreciate it. As for these other games you have mentioned, I don't even know what they are, and have never heard of them. I only specialize in one thing, and believe me, there are still plenty of topics and details for me to cover, with just Basic Sudoku. So I am going to stick to that, at least for now., Good luck! SS

Thank you for the great tutorials. Are you a mathematician?

Not really. I'm a musician...

@@SudokuSwami I just read you performed with The Who. Wow!!! You could easily pass as a mathematician -- your statements are very precise and you have a grasp of logic that's rare for non-mathematicians. Anyway, thanks for all this. Your tutorials obviously took a lot of time and planning. Looking forward to tutorial #4.

I bet i missed this: We can never use back-to-back weak links. (Use as many consecutive strong links as needed.)
@SudokuSwami4 жыл бұрын
Yes, but don't forget, that 1.) the INFERENCES MUST ALTERNATE, and 2.) that a Strong Link can provide a Weak Inference. In an AIC Type I or II, the chain must have an ODD # of Links, it must start and end with a Strong Link.
@leojf38284 жыл бұрын
@@SudokuSwami If i have an odd number of links and ALL of them are strong links, this is permissible, yes?
@SudokuSwami4 жыл бұрын
Yes. I repeat: The Inferences must alternate. And a Strong Link can provide a Weak Inference.

I appreciate your patience in teaching. Howeever, there is no need to overemphasize a point that can be understood in at most 3 examples. For example you dont have to show the occurences of your subject in the whole grid. Saves you time. No offense. Thanks!
@SudokuSwami4 жыл бұрын
Many people appreciate multiple examples. If you only need 3, then just watch 3, and move on.

@@SudokuSwami im deeply sorry if in any way i had offended you. I just want to let you know that from you alone i got clearly all the stuff that were not thoroughly explained by others. Again, thank you very much.

Where do you explain how the knowledge of strong links and weak links is used to solve a puzzle?
@SudokuSwami5 жыл бұрын
About 80% of all solving techniques utilize Strong and Weak Inferences and Links. Please be patient, and watch all the Tutorials in numerical order, and all your questions will be answered. Good luck.

@@SudokuSwami I do appreciate your dedication in posting so many tutorial videos. However, if a bit of the application of the technique is explained or even the relevant links to its application given in the description box it would help someone like me. You will agree its a lot for a beginner. Following your advice, by the time I reach the application of a rule, I might forget the rule.

I understand what they are, you’ve spent 4 half hour videos telling me, , but how can they help?
@SudokuSwami3 жыл бұрын
There are over 50 Videos in this "Complete Course." The information in each one prepares you for what comes next, or for what comes later on in the Course. Strong and Weak Links are the Building Blocks of Alternate Inference Chains, and AIC's are the underlying logic to a great percentage of the more sophisticated techniques. In Arithmetic, you must understand what a plus sign means, before you can start adding numbers together. And in Calculus, you must understand what a Derivative is, before you can start solving complex problems. Likewise, you must understand what Strong and Weak Links are, and what their implications are, before you can start building AIC's.

From above: "Strong and Weak Links are the Building Blocks of Alternate Inference Chains, and AIC's are the underlying logic to a great percentage of the more sophisticated techniques." This is why Strong and Weak Links are important.
