I love that you sang the meth commercial song! Also, you make a good point about heroin gaining in popularity. Mostly because with all of the changing legislation regarding prescription opiates, heroin is cheaper and easier to get than pills a lot of the time. Meth is still a pretty big deal around here too, unfortunately. This was a really awesome video (as usual) and now I'm going to have to read that book.

I bought the audio version of this book. (I think it was the deal of the day on audible). I wasn't sure if I would like it, but I am having trouble even pausing it! I thought I would look to see if any one else had read it!

Couldnt agree more. Listened to the audiobook and was blown away, partly by the storyline but more so by the quality of woodrell's writing. Brutal, uncompromising and beautiful. All at once.
