She's easily the best character on the show and by far the only one that doesnt make me cringe at myself for being into Glee for the first season. I watched some clips and was wondering "Why in God's name did I like such a cringey show?" But then I saw her highlights and remembered. Jane Lynch plays the off putting, rude asshole perfectly and hilariously. She basically makes the show watchable by herself.

It's funny how the purposfully unlikeable bigoted hate-sink villain is the only character I can stand to see.If every character was written as funny, entertaining, and compelling as she, Glee would have been great. Also if they 86'd the typical teen angst plots and the autotuned drivel.
