When I'm stress, I take a warm shower I play songs I like and hum along with it. I write a lot To write is to calm I also like to drink tea, I enjoy drinking white tea or herbal tea I found smelling a good scent helps calm me down too. Or else I would go out for a walk with my camera ~ I really love your video! Hope to see more!
