Brett looks horrifyingly thin, after all it was 1997 and some tough times for Brett. His poor voice is a little hoarse but this does not affect what an amazing beautiful concert this is. Pretty sure this was at the start of his years long battle with poor health. Started of with some virus/flu thing he didn't treat properly, gave him chronic fatigue syndrom and ended with him leaving the band in 2001. And rejoining in '16 I believe. Or it could be he was just pissed, because Brett was in his downward spiral of drug abuse. By 1998/99 Brett was a proper mess of coke, crack and smack use.
