The fan is fueling the fire with oxygen. If you can use CO2 it would work better.

Fly a drone that sprays water into it's fan blades, then fly very low over a fire.

@@b-lazr5126 Do you mean the fire department will get mad at you? Because I meant that the fire department should use drones to fight fires. If you mean they will burn up, that's why I said to spray the blades with water. If you meant the air is too thin because heat makes air thinner, then you might have a point. If you meant that the drone would force more air onto fires and make them stronger, I was also expecting you to spray water on the fire too, just don't forget spraying it on yourself so you don't burn up too.
