Oh my gosh the part about the nurses being rude and looking down to our Latino Spanish speaking parents. I’ve worked in the medical field 😢 and my specialty was always speaking to my Spanish speaking patients like they were my FAM ❤ or my parents. But habían some bitchy ass coworkers of mine 😤 who would loook down to them and speak to them so foul! Some people were obviously 🙄 not raised to treat others, especially their elders with kindness

I always tell my mom this…unfortunately as Mexicans we always point out people’s weight. We go visit Mexico and our family will first point out our weight before telling us they’re glad to see us. We all have a mirror I’m pretty sure we see our body at least once a day. I try not to point out anyone’s weight, since I don’t dint know what they’re struggling with.

I’m so glad you guys spoke on these nurses who don’t like doing their job seriously I had my baby girl a couple months ago and I had this one nurse who let me stay in pain after me asking for the epidural at 5cm she made me wait till I was 9.5cm after so much pain, she even end up leaving even though she was my night/delivery nurse. I did make a complaint with the supervisor because what she did was just super wrong.

Some nurses are actually not meant to be nurses. My mom is a nurse and she tells me so many stories but the one story that stuck with me is when this lady was in a patient room and the moment she left, she told everybody to not check on them because they were gonna die soon. My mom being the warmhearted person she is checked on that patient every hour but to be a nurse and have the job you have and just leave somebody there and tell other people to not check on them because they’re going to die soon is crazy I simply believe that people should not work a job that’s so important and treat people like they’re nothing

On 2021 I got really sick of Covid, on the border of 💀. And I had a very bad experience in the hospital( neglected) & didn't want me to talk with my family out there. I am traumatized till this day for that experience, and have secuelas of Covid too. ☹️ If you are a doctor or nurse, please be kind love your job .
