So a couple of pieces of advice if you keep this series going 1. Alot of materials can be automated 2. A Powah (yes that is the name of the mod) reactor is great for power 3. I think you could probably make your crazy good armor into allthemodium armor

I recommend using Refined Storage instead of Applied Energistics. They are both great but RS removes some of the slighty annoying parts of AE such as the 64 type storage limit in cells and channel limit in cables. Otherwise the storage systems are very similar.

Very good video but it was so painful to watch you make that farm. You watched Alfred's video for mob farm, he also has video for these kind of farms as well you should have watched that.and also check out flux network mod for wireless power so your jetpack will not run out of power mid flight

Im pretty sure the issue you were having with turning the chest to an iron chest is that you were trying to use an "oak chest" rather than the vanilla "chest". I had a similar problem in better minecraft.
