But yes, Marina had no clue it was a battle and was even confirmed that she thought Shiver was just being nice to her. The way Shiver is written, her insults are very backhanded and indirect, so they fly over Marina's head.

This is so cute! If I could give a tip... (it's just my opinion, no pressure, feel free to ignore it) I was wondering why the poses weren't as strong as they could be. They have a lot of expression and top parts of the body look great! I would advice to look at the hips! They are parallel to shoulder often here, but if you make them opposite the poses will read more strongly. Maybe think of where the feet are so the bottom half of the body is just as strong as the upper parts! You could exaggerate the pose line even more but I don't know if that fits your style.
