Sometimes when you switch your weapons to quick there is a bug and you can’t shoot . I’ve had it seen a video on it too

It's because of the reload. You literally have to wait until the animation is finished before you're able to fire again. But with shotguns, I believe that depends on the fire rate but I could be wrong. There are some shotguns that'll shoot before you get a full pump in, but others that you have to wait a second after a pump.
