I had a similar experience earlier today. I picked the bot lane first but another player also chose the same. We didn't have a jungler and support. 2 players were already on the bot lane and the rest of the lanes were already occupied. First half of the game, I was totally lost as I didn't know what to do. I tried to jungle but my build wasn't for that so I tried as much as I can to support the lanes. Luckily, we won.
