3. Family Transfer Plat:
A. FAMILY TRANSFER SUBDIVISION PLAT REQUEST, FTR2024-001: submitted by William Clark Savage, the applicant, on behalf of William C. Savage Declaration of Trust Dated February 8, 1988, the property owner, requesting a family subdivision pursuant to Section 31-514 of the Unified Development Ordinance, to approve a Family Subdivision Plat to create one (1) new parcel on property located at 2633 Joshua Lane, Tax Map 24, Parcel 56. The affected property is further identified as being located in the Holy Neck Voting Borough, zoned A, Agricultural zoning district. The City’s 2035 Comprehensive Plan identifies this property as being located within the Rural Agricultural Use District.
4. Public Hearing:
A. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST CUP2024-006, SCARP SOLAR, submitted by Erick Alves de Sa, on behalf of Scarp Solar, LLC, agent, on behalf of Nexamp Solar, LLC, applicant, on behalf of SWB Associates, LLC, W. Michael Lane, Douglas Davis, and Barbara S. Davis, property owners, in accordance with Sections 31-306, 31-406, and 31-724 of the Unified Development Ordinance, to grant a Conditional Use Permit to establish a solar energy facility, at properties located on 1380, 1390, 1398, and 1400 White Marsh Road, Zoning Map 35, Parcels 172, 172A and 172B, and Zoning Map 45, Parcel 49D. The affected area is further identified as being located in the Cypress Voting Borough, zoned A, Agricultural zoning district. The 2035 Comprehensive Plan designates this area as being outside the Central Growth Area, Rural Agricultural Use District.
