The morality and way of Allah is Islam. There is no God but Allah and the holy and pure Prophet Muhammad-e-Mustafa (SAW) is Allah's messenger.

Ishaq Niz yes brother Afghanistan has always been a sufi country and it were the sufis who converted Afghans because the Arabs were defeated when they tried to conquere Afghanistan in the early days of islam but the sufi wanderers converted Afghans by sufi persuasion.

I will answer your concerns in detail InshAllah. Biddah is adding removing from deen. Deen is fardh and Sunnah! Dhikr is the most free and flexible of all forms of Ibadah. Surah Muzamil says do Dhikr standing sitting laying down on your sides.... Which means you can do Dhikr while running, swimming, jumping, cooking... Furthermore, Hadith about Abbasynians dancing while saying Salawat in masjid is a proof of it. You can recite Ayat ul Kursi 77 times daily while running and it wont be biddah although Rasoolullah SAW might wouldn't have recited it exactly the same way but it'd become biddah if you claim it to be fardh or sunnah or wajid. Lastly, invoke the law of Aslul Ashihiyya... Everything is halal unless you can prove it to be haram. If you object on something, you have to bring evidence and if you can't bring evidence and claim something to be haram, you'll be doing biddah! Declaring something haram which is halal, is the same as declaring something halal which is haram. If you have any further questions, welcome

Bid'ah is what is introduced as part of the deen when it is not part of the deen. I don't hear anyone saying that this is part of the deen. Therefore it is not bid'ah.
