This little guy is absolutely phenomenal and cute as a button... and he's playing my favorite music... BoogieWoogie baby!!! These musicians that spread joy and happiness, don't get near enough appreciation!! And sadly, they sure don't make them like this anymore!!!

He ran into some hard times, but is still living and playing today at 80.

Had to check Wikipedia and as of today (October 11, 2020) glad to say Mr. Robinson is still rockin' at 81 years of age! This is my good news factoid of today!!!

I can dig how, at 0:56, Frank has to slide forward on the piano bench so his feet will reach the floor. This is an essential part of playing boogie-woogie: your heels (not your toes; weaker muscles) have to pump like a steam engine to keep the beat.

Seems to me that this kid was a good 10 to 15 years ahead of his time. Born in 1938 this had to be the early to mid 1940's. Fats Domino's similar style in Rock & Roll wasn't till the mid to late 1950's.
