シリカゲルの工程見てると、湿気の少ない乾燥した国が羨ましくなる。そういう土地でもお菓子の保存以外の苦労は沢山あるんだろうけど、飴好きとしては飴が泣かない生活っていいよなあ。

そうなんですね 日本は今の時期は湿度が低いのですが、春以降は40〜50％あるので泣きまくります。ヨーロッパは低湿度なので羨ましいです
