Got tons of videos on the subject on my channel. Check the playlists. In short, juice will discolor and taste bad when it goes bad. But you can still make vinegar or syrup out of bad juice. No need to throw it out

Another thing you did was how to clean the machines. Which is very important. Here in Santo Domingo, l went to a store that has one of these machines. I never saw any of the workers clean it. Also had to pass the cane 4 to 5 times to get all the juice out. I bought one time only. I was thinking about if the machine had bacteria for not keeping it clean.
