Hello Regina, thank you for your donation! 🍎❤️ Are you using the Lorann flavoring? They won't affect anything, and should be added after removing from the heat (once it has come to temperature) - it may bubble which is normal, just wait for the mixture to stop boiling before dipping 👻🤗 Happy Halloween

Thank you so very much for shearing this tutorial with all of us specially with me I’ve been looking for a tutorial that will teach me to make candy apple’s and I try a few but they came out so ugly and once I put it in the syrup well as the syrup dry up it clumped up or the syrup as it dry up it ram down the apple and it was a big mess but I see your tutorial as a sure thing this will work so again thank you so very much not only you have teach us the whole process but also we’re to buy all the notions like to decorate, the boxes, and even the stick to insinuate a witches broom. I know that God is going to bless you a 100 folds more for doing this for us is in the Bible and God is a righteous God!

Hi Tee! Thank you for enjoying my videos 🧡🧡 I don't follow the recipe on the bag because the Candy mixture will come out too thick for the Apples 🍎 (I only follow that recipe in my Candy grapes video) You need the extra water to make your Candy thinner for apples, hope that makes sense!

Hi ! I've just discovered your channel and am very impressed with the detail that you go into with your candy making. Thanks so much:) I do have a question however- I am in Australia and we don't have so much access to candy making ingredients, and the shipping for the Hi Sweet Powdered Corn Syrup is very expensive. I was wondering whether it would be possible to use maltodextrine as a substitute ( it isn't as sweet though.) Does it have the same properties ? I didn't want to destroy my apples.

Hello Cintya sorry to hear about your experience! Did you store the apples in the fridge inside of the candy apple boxes?
@cintya5499 Жыл бұрын
@@SugarMagicbyCristina I store them at room temperature my house was 70 degrees.
@SugarMagicbyCristina Жыл бұрын
That is why they melted love! At 16:12 I discuss other important instructions to make them last. Storing them in the fridge when you are not consuming also prevents Listeria bacteria from forming (for safety) aside from aesthetics. Definitely watch that part and try again for best results! However, 70 degrees is not cold enough at room temp, the room should be hospital room cold for them to last 3-4 hours 🤗 Hope that helps

What causes pin holes? Every time I do apples, they always get holes in just 1 day. What could I be doing wrong?
@SugarMagicbyCristina2 жыл бұрын
Hi love, Pin holes are a sign of early breakdown. It's a combination of using the powdered corn syrup, having the right proportions in the recipe, and following all the tips and after care instructions at the end of the video-this tutorial outlines all of the factors that will prevent pin holes from happening and the candy will be able to last for a week! It's not you, I experimented with much trial and error to achieve these results- I strongly believe if you try out all of these tips throughout the whole video you won't have the pinhole problem anymore ❤️ 🍎
