Some Starbucks drinks can have 2-3x the sugar than a can of Coke! But you can use the app to customize your drink, to remove added syrup sweeteners. I don’t do coffee but love tea lattes and always remove the sweetener. Same with ice tea, you can get a plain black ice tea.

I love olives and garlic I find I feel the healthiest and most energy when I eat more fats and I am at my best weight balance too. These particular foods have many health benefits. 💯✌️🙏❤️🕯️🎈🌻😊

You know what doesn't spike your insulin levels? Saturated fat. So, if you are low carb, you can certainly enjoy your meat and saturated fats. Lipid phobia is so 1950s.

I used to love a bowl of cornflakes. Found out they are high on the glycemic index list even though they have the lowest sugar on the nutrition facts. You can't leave a Costco without buying a box of croissants like it's a stipulated rule in the membership. Every cart has them on the cashier line. I love croissants but I had them the week of my blood test and boy was my triglycerides high that week.
