I have been watching you for about 2 months now as I am jumping on my rebounder so fun. For the last 2 weeks I have been following your makeup advice and getting soooo many compliments "You look fabulous !" from family ,co workers and even a 20ish girl shopping in Sephora whom I caught staring at me. told me my look was "flawless" and I am 59 ! My best friend at work asked me what I was doing NOW( LOL) for my skin and I told her It's my new makeup techniques from Nisha and she said "you don't wear makeup ! And that was the greatest compliment of all ! Xoxo Thank you Nisha i am feeling fabulous !

Great tutorial Nisha! I find makeup is like artwork. I have skin damage, acne scars, age spots and darkness under the eyes that I feel better disguising. I like your showing the serums and creams you use underneath. Skincare is so important after 40! I was surprised to hear that you do not use eyeshadow primer. What a beautiful look you created! Thanks!

Melissa55: You will love the Shiseido Synchro Foundation; it's really wonderful; it just makes your skin look amazing! I would say it's similar to the Armani Luminous, just for reference. And, they recently just came out with Synchro "Glow" foundation, which I have not tried. I'm still enjoying the original formula!

Great tutorial! I watched it twice. Once all the way thru and the second time I followed along and did my own make-up as I watched you do yours. Extremely pleased with the result! Now I realize I have been way too sparing with my make-up. I have large pores here and there, and splotchy, dry skin. I simply was not applying enough make-up. Not even enough foundation! Then I turned to your tutorial for hooded eyes and learned where I've been going wrong. Walked out the door looking and feeling great! Thank you so much Nisha!

Thank you Nisha. I find the dry patches on my face have improved since using the Waitrose day and night cream and the body shop vitamin E moisture boost cream. I'm going to go out and try some different foundations as the urban decay just isn't suiting me. Don't worry about what people say about too much, at the end of the day it's about what makes us feel confident in our skin and not what others think. You made me smile talking about your wrinkles as only the other day I was at hairdressers looking in the huge mirror and I thought omg my skin is melting 😁. It literally is travelling south 😮

Hi Nisha, I'm from the Philippines. I came across your tutorials and I really enjoyed watching them. You see I have a very hooded eyes but with the tips and tricks that you showed I was able to apply them on my eyes. But of course it needs a lot of practice. I had pigmentation on the sides of my neck and it just disappeared after I had my total hysterectomy. One day I realized it was gone, along with my breakouts, and headaches. Of course, I don't recommend a hysterectomy but it was a pleasant side effect of the surgery. I like a full coverage matte foundation because on me dewy reads as sweaty and sweaty is not the look I am trying to achieve. Great tutorial.

Why are you late for work today, Maria? Because I was watching Nisha's video...haha...love your routine and you look beautiful with and without makeup. I love the Syncro too! I use the Glow version and it doesn't make me look like a sweaty mess, just a soft satiny glow (I'm normal to dry). And like you...I have pigmentation on my neck,, which on me is probably more melasma traveling down than sun damage... Got melasma big time in menopause as it's hormone driven and though it's faded from my face a lot (thank goodness) it's still on my neck. Xo

As a serum, I personally highly recommend the Matrixyl and the Alpha Lipoic Acid from The Ordinary (I am not affiliated with them, just a happy consumer). They are cheap and do the work much better than expensive brands. Also, i recently started using Clarins Instant Concealer, it's really great as it contains a lot of pigment and it doesn't look cakey at all. I personally think Shape Tape is way too thick and fake-looking on the skin. Maybe it looks good in photography or on camera but in real life, nothing beats the Clarins one.

I have drawers of foundations......like most women and hate it when you buy another and it doesn't work. I haven't tried the Shiseido so will give it a go. My favourite at the moment is Missha foundation perfect cover BB cream in natural beige, it's also SPF 42 so no need for more sun block. So many foundations are so yellow/orange , the Missha is the first one that has a more natural colour.....not pink either. Another great vid Nisha...........hugs.
