I mean the president was there, he was at the part where you had to de-electrify the floor and he keeps jumping in front of your remote-control missle like an idiot. Then he dies after talking to Raiden cause Liquid Ocelot shot him. The President said he was a puppet instated as president by the Patriots after they found out Solidus caused the shadow moses incident and fired Solidus as president. At least that is what I remember.

I have a feeling he played mgs2 15 years ago and then went on to watch meme videos as well as an mgs4 cool moments video or something. ... especially seeing how he shouldn't even know the rex exists if he played only 2 and doesn't remember anything about it.
