I think the stuffed Snickerdoodles were a great idea and look delicious. I like that you had little helpers during the videos. I've been thinking of a possible chocolate chip cookie with coconut flakes and stuffed with dulce de leche. I haven't tested out the recipe though. But I stuffed cookie is appealing.
