There is a dragon, and apparently in the scrapped content, it's called as Peep Dragon. Basically it was the equivalent of the cheese dragon. No music, tiles and backgrounds were made for this. In the OG Dragon's Lair, Tarragon's Pizza would play. While in this, the normal escape sequence plays. This means that there wasn't any Tarragon's Pizza (Sugary Spire version) music to play. Also this uses the old version of Gummy Harry. Also, it seems that this level started at Exit The Exitway. This level's mainly just collisions.
