You have discussed some vary important points like - 1.Avoid procrastination and set priority 2.Exercise on daily basis that weigth gain issue will not be a problem with age. 3.Comple one task than move ahead otherwise multitasking with lot of thinking can reduce the fruitfullness of tasks. 4.Respect your elders and specially teachers.
