Taking classes and dancing with Jamila’s company were the best days of my life! I’ll love her forever!

She was a master. I have talked to many about the 60's and 70's and they all praise it. To me, it was the best years of Bal Anat. I love watching the dancers relax and vibe.

I was danced in the presence of Jamila Salimpour in Albuquerque, NM. It was one of the greatest honors of my dance career. Suhaila was 15 years old. I am excited to see some of the items and albums I actually still own from that era. Thank you Jamila and Suhaila for your contribution to the 'womanliness' of women all over the world! Much love and respect. Alishaun

omgoddess...Yesssss! Thank you much tboyeson 4 sharing this hopeful piece of data that has just boosted my inspiration and my own growth and development that I know I can, precisely...with my own ambition evolve and transcend my own b.s. artistry that I can't do my own dance innovations as has whom you have so mentioned here here above! Why did she wear a kabyle crown ??? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Because she was inspired by colonial postcards to make her outifts, she did not know any better and those mistakes are still being made.
