One of the things I love doing at 88KeysToEuphoria, is taking great music and lending it my own acoustic interpretation. This time, The challenge is even greater when travelling back a couple of generations to two legendary classics many still consider to be untouchable.
Today, on the day of Valentines, 88KeysToEuphoria presents its grandest project to date - a very unique acoustic mashup of the songs "Suhani Raat" (1949) and "Chaudhvin Ka Chand" (1960). In addition to retaining the core acoustics used in my previous work, including piano, flute, and vocals, we brought an orchestral feel to the track through the use of a beautiful string sectionn in order to add to the grandeur that makes these songs immortal.
I also had the pleasure of collaborating with Jai & Parthiv (Studiounplugged) on the string section, performed by special guest artist Sandeep Thakur. The song also features Jonita Gandhi on vocals and Sahil Khan on flute.
Lastly, we've gone to great lengths to visually re-create the ambiance of the original songs through the music video, which was directed by Devina Kanani. We had an awesome time filming... Be sure to check out the official Facebook Page (link below) for behind the scenes footage and stills

I must say that I am an 62 years old guy who left India for Israel some 48 years ago but the Indian in me has never left me, these songs I have heard in my childhood and are still fresh in my memory Mohd Rafi The legend did great job and so did the composer they created these unforgettables for us to stay lifetime. You Akash Gandhi have created yet another version without destroying the old nevertheless added new flavor a touch of modern music. , you have made it yours not just imitation of the old but whole new concept. it is very sweet to the ears and feast to the soul Hats off to you to Jonita & to the group who assisted you in making such magical music .
