Great playing as usual Peter, feels great! Those “4 on the snare grooves are deceptively tricky (always find myself rushing those). How’s that kick batter feel?

Thanks Nickolaus! Yeah I know/ feel what you mean man! Trying to stay and play 'simple' here and just get the forward momentum. Still trying to get a laid back feel is what I was going for. A guide track that was perfectly played and getting myself enthusiastic helps too I think ;). There is no quantization and no overdubs used either btw... The overall tuning of the 'big kit' is quite low, with some muffling. The kick had a P3 controlled sound tuned as low as it can go ;). I love the feel (for this kind of music) of it. Still trying to play as much off the head though. Hope that helps and thanks again Nick!
