Love what Mike says at the beginning of the video; referencing Lights, Camera, Revolution! Seems like a good dude with a good attitude and some great albums to boot.

to bad their sui homies loved starting fights with everyone for fun at shows.

i like his words in the interview. but his hardcore venice and santa monica followers and affiliates weren’t positive for shit. they ruined up so many punk shows in 80’s starting fights. the sui’s would all jump in and beat the crap out of other teens at shows for fun. really injuring people. at an exploited show at fenders long beach they all went to back up a huge s.o.s. gangster friend of theirs who was hitting his girlfriend. random punks tried to protect her and he would beat them up while bunches of sui’s came over to front so they could jump in if any body gets the upper hand trying to kick the domestic abuser out. security were lads who did nothing ever except drag semi-conscious people off the floor after beatings. same show sui’s put a guy from my high school in the hospital because they beat him outside to get his ticket he just bought. one lousy ticket they beat him for. tall guy but it was just him vs. a bunch of sui’s so he ended with broken arm or collarbone (forget) and a concussion. band members talk about being banned like it was their lyrical content or dressing like ese’s but maybe cos so many of their followers were constantly starting fights

@@misteress3840 Not sure how to react to this other than say that is some fucked up shit! I really like the band's music, but that just isn't cool, no matter how you slice it.

Maybe out in cali but everywhere i have ever seen them early on was cool & Mike was quick to break up fights. Coolest guy i have EVER met & i have met a lot! Into the 90s all the scene changed! Asses everywhere!

@@misteress3840 I've seen the Suis on standby to prevent fights and break them up, which they did.. They were better than security who would just come in and beat everyone. They would try and keep peace at the shows I saw.

Was good to see RJ man. I wish he was still with Suicidal along with Mike Clark but unfortunately his health issues make that impossible, both have very unique styles and their rhythmic abilities are machine like and gave the band that unique sound that they no longer have, they're both sorely missed.. I give it to Mike Miur for still soldiering on but if you see the band Live now they just don't even sound anywhere near the same, and Rocky George need I even say anything else?? 🎸🖤🎶💀🤘

RJ had health issues? I thought it was because RJ and Mike Muir had a falling out in early '92 because RJ's girlfriend was about to give birth and he wanted to be there but Mike wanted to stick to the studio time and album promotion schedule. From what I've read, they haven't spoken to each other since. However, I've seen a recent picture on the internet of RJ and his now teenage kids hanging out with Robert Trujillo who was now with Metallica.
