It dosen’t actually have 3 ammo, its just a visual bug. Unfortunately, after getting revived you cant use it anymore.

So basically, with the normal C4 the player presses right click to throw the explosive then right click for it to detonate. But with the suicide version they just left click and you blow up immediately.
