i mean... Jenny Slate didn't do an accent for her either. Neither did Mia Sara... Laura Post... Kaley Cuoco... And it's Sentai Studios dubbing this, meaning they have actors already signed on to dub for them without extra contracts. Hence why Luci Christian is in this dub (She's the princess. She;s also Uravity/Ochacko from BNHA and Nami from One Piece.) The voice of Harley is also in the same boat having voiced in Helck, Food Wars, and Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon?... just to name a few. All of which were also voiced by Sentai Studios. So it's also a contracts thing, the directors of both japan and the west signing off on the voices too... The voice directors didn't want an accent... And that is OK. IT's a fresh take on the character. Not everything needs to be a copy cat like the disgusting tara strong impression of arlene.
