I hope you've had a chance to see what Lily was like before... maybe it was just this one voice line She wasn't a robot, just a really ...unenthusiastic reader. She was a fan favorite for sure. Yes, in most contexts, omae is rude, though it can be used between male friends (somewhat like "dude"), for example. Kudasai certainly isn't rude, it means "please." I guess it could be rude when used sarcastically, just like anything else.
