Ignoring Kanade's situation which is an exception, Japanese comedy is a two part [straight guy] and the [joke maker/wise guy]. The joker sets up the joke and the straight guy inverts the meaning super exaggerated. However here there is no second person, and because they're vtubers the cameraman is the straight guy, who after the punchline animates the floor falling for physical comedy (you'll find many Japanese game shows like this that use physical comedy, especially nudity, horror, and falling elevator floors). The point of their comedy is to simply laugh at what you don't expect, although this segment has been a staple for Miko Korone for a while now. In Kanade's case, the cameraman dropped her floor because they thought 'poop' was the joke and didn't let Kanade finish on accident. Thus making her go again and creating further humor because you expect her to get dropped but she isn't. Or the cameraman did it on purpose with the intent of humor BECAUSE she didn't finish. That would be a third-person joke at the series itself because you expect the cameraman to let her finish the joke. Amongst the group Kanade is constantly bullied because she isn't offended easily. The point is that we're not supposed to know, and the cameraman uses that setup to setup their own joke when she isn't dropped.
