Something that's ridiculously stupid.....mike could've told sidwell about fortsmann's condition and they could've double crossed him together pretty easily. Even if they didn't, jonathan would've known mike was using the threat of fortsmann's money against harvey and wasn't going to double cross him.

By the time, Gillis Industries matter got settled, Forstman took Mike Ross's job and made Louis Litt resign. Later on, he made Harvey to resign from his own firm during the firm takeover battle and almost took Jessica Pearson's her Managing Partner role. This guy's character is superb, he is a genius and a badass of all of them, he has taken over all the big4 characters in suits (Harvey, Mike Ross, Jessica and Louis Litt) and makes all of them squirm in front of him.

A tombstone is a kind of trophy in the investment banking business. Sidewall made one for mike who purchased five percent of Walter Gillis stock with the money that Forstman gave to him. Nevertheless, the purchase was made up because Mike never really used Forstman’s money, since he would be forced to cut Sidewell out of the deal.
