Mike clearly broke attorney/client privilege by revealing to Katrina, so annoying how he let's his emotion get in the way of work.

Easily one of the most annoying parts of the show Throwing your client, who trusts you to do the best you can to represent him, under the bus by breaking the law isn’t any better or “more right” than bribing someone

“What difference does it make what they find. There’s a difference between right and wrong and we’re wrong” Although he has a valid point, Mike seems to forget he’s practicing law without a license which is also wrong. Him saying he doesn’t care what they find if they looked into him is debatable seeing as he would go to jail for fraud and every case he’s ever touched would be called into question. Trying to take the moral high ground while being a fraud is nasty work. Still love this show!

Exactly . . And Harvey just puts him in his place . . Mike is somewhere, does something relevant, but with a cost . . You can not have a moral code as a lawyer . . Especially not as one without a license . . But Mike as the only child at his parents and grammy's lil protected boy, won't understand.
@stevenotieno45345 ай бұрын
You guys should clearly understand where he is coming from with his actions.... The boy was traumatized with his past experience. I know his profession is one full of compromises but you ought also to look at it from his angle.....

I absolutely understand from Mike’s perspective and it’s why I admire him. Unfortunately, he can be inconsistent with his morality. It is objectively hypocritical for him to be committing a crime while at the same time trying to be morally superior to someone else. If your job as a lawyer is to represent your client no matter what, you have to remove your emotions from the equation.

@@VitaminDC exactly . . I do not admire lawyers, they represent the one that's paying, not the one that's right. But you can not involve emotions in your case. You have to either quit your job or go on with what you signed in the first place.

Mike was quite hypocritical regarding this. He basically admitted to Harvey he didn't want to leave the high life new york law to practice law at a smaller place. Yet kept getting guilt and fear about being a lawyer and having to do bad

Mike definitely not a smoker acting like that 😂

why does Harvey say: don't answer that else I cannot put him on the stand? Shouldn't a lawyer know the full story of his client?

Technically attorney-client privilege becomes void if that privileged information is used to further a crime. So if he said yes to having drank alcohol and then lied under oath that he didn’t, that’s furthering a crime, in this case perjury.

One of the things that always annoyed me about Mike is how he always let his emotions get the best of him, even if it meant it could send his client to prison for breaking privilege. That’s why Harvey was always the best, cause he put his clients FIRST!
