I am sitting in my house watching suites and am into season 4. Rick Hoffman is far and away the best actor in this show. He's never just standing there and talking, he has all of these mannerisms that he never let's go of! It's actually incredible.

Luis' entire drop to becoming a villain to the cast was something amazing. All of his actions, while not correct, were completely understandable and hard to argue then when by the time he became managing partner, it was a spot he earned, not blackmailed, or was manipulated to getting it.
