Hi suji nice vlog. I have a small suggestion. While going for long trip prepare buttermilk and add half teaspoon of fenugreek to it. For 500ml of buttermilk half teaspoon is enough. This will give quick energy n keep the body cool. Rather than taking energy drink n lemon tea u can take this. I'm in USA when we went to Niagara by road trip it took 14 hrs, my husband was continuously drinking this. He said he was not tired n he felt energetic too.
